Your enquiries and quotes
Our form requests your name, email address, phone number and message. Your message can include your suburb, property type, equipment requirements and preferred timeframe. We also receive information you choose to provide in follow-up correspondence, such as a property address, installation details or equipment photographs.
We use these details to respond, understand the work requested, prepare quotes and arrange services. Summer Specials buttons prefill equipment information in the original enquiry form; clicking an offer does not submit it. You can review the message before sending. Without sufficient contact or job details, we may be unable to respond or quote.
We do not use quote-enquiry email addresses to send offers or promotional emails, and a quote request does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not share these enquiry details with other technicians or subcontractors. This is separate from processing by our website and email providers described below.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through the form. You can browse without submitting an enquiry.
Website technology and analytics
The website uses WordPress and WPForms to process enquiries. Google Analytics is connected through Site Kit, with website measurement and plugin conversion tracking enabled. Analytics can process information about visits, devices and interactions, including through cookies or similar technologies. Processing depends on the configuration and applicable browser or consent settings. See how Google uses information from partner sites. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them can affect website features.
Website hosting, security and anti-spam systems can process technical records such as request times, IP addresses, browser information and errors to operate and troubleshoot the service. Historical email-diagnostic records may include recipient details and message content. The WP Mail Logging plugin is currently inactive.
Providers, storage and overseas processing
Hostinger hosts the website and Google provides our business Gmail mailbox. Enquiries are processed by the website and configured to be emailed to jg.airandmechanicalservices@gmail.com. WPForms Lite entry backups are currently disabled; WPForms does not currently provide a stored-entry archive in WordPress. This does not exclude technical logs or website backups.
The hosting panel identifies our website server in Indonesia and backups in Singapore, with daily website backups enabled. Our providers operate internationally: Google processes information on servers around the world, including outside Australia. Provider and support processing is not limited to the website server location. See the Hostinger privacy policy and Google privacy policy for their arrangements.
JG Website Mail: Google connection
JG Website Mail is an owner-operated integration connected to our business Google account through WP Mail SMTP and the Gmail API for sending website notifications. Visitors do not sign in to Google or give access to their Gmail accounts to request a quote.
When sending website notifications, the integration supplies Google with outgoing messages, including sender, recipients, subject and enquiry content. It maintains authorization information for the connection. The plugin requests a permission capable of reading, composing, sending and permanently deleting email. This is broader than the intended notification-sending function; the intended use does not technically narrow the permission.
For this integration, information obtained through Google APIs will be used only for the disclosed email functionality and its support and security, not sold or used for advertising or training general-purpose AI models. Its handling and transfer will be subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use restrictions. The owner can revoke the connection in their Google Account settings; revocation does not itself delete messages or records already retained.
Retention, requests and complaints
We keep enquiry emails to respond and refer to earlier correspondence when following up. We do not currently have a fixed deletion schedule for these emails. Technical records and backups are separate from the mailbox and are not necessarily removed when an email is deleted. No website or email system can guarantee complete security.
Contact the owner using the details above to ask about retained information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please describe your request; we may need to verify identity before providing personal information. We will review the request and explain the outcome, including any relevant reason information needs to be retained. Deletion is not necessarily immediate or possible for every record.
The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner provides information about Australian privacy rights and complaint avenues. Available avenues depend on the law and circumstances that apply. We will update this policy when our practices change; the date above identifies this version.
